Pelahatchie Chiefs (Pelahatchie, MS) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Leake Central Gators (Carthage, MS), 17-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Pelahatchie moves its record to 4-5 on the season. The Chiefs travel to Meridian (Meridian, MS) to play the Wildcats in a non-league game on Saturday, March 1. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 2-4.
