In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Mission Bay Buccaneers volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Helix Highlanders.

The Buccaneers (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against University City (San Diego, CA). The Centurions enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, University City beat Montgomery (San Diego, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Highlanders meet the Del Norte Nighthawks (San Diego, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 1. Helix will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
