In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Cedar Ridge Raiders baseball team scored a close 10-7 victory over the Steele Knights.

The Raiders (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Fulshear (Fulshear, TX). The Chargers come into the non-league match with a 4-6 record.

The Knights now have a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clemens for a 6A Region IV District 29 match on Tuesday, March 3. Steele will battle a Buffaloes squad coming off a 7-3 non-league loss to Vandegrift (Austin, TX). The Buffaloes record now stands at 8-4.
