Johnson Jaguars (Buda, TX) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Cedar Ridge Raiders (Round Rock, TX), 8-1 in a non-league match.

The Jaguars now hold a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bowie for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 24. Johnson will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Canutillo (Canutillo, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-0.

With the defeat, Cedar Ridge moves to 3-2 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Clemens (Schertz, TX) to clash with the Buffaloes in a non-league test on Thursday, February 26. The Buffaloes go into the test with a record of 4-2.
