The South Spartans edged the visiting Carson Colts softball squad by a count of 3-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans meet the Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves (El Segundo, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 17. South will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
