Vermont High School Basketball - Hazen holds off Winooski
February 29, 2024: Hardwick, VT 05843 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Hazen Wildcats (Hardwick, VT) and the visiting Winooski Spartans (Winooski, VT), saw Hazen's basketball squad hold off Winooski by a tally of 41-40.
With the victory, Hazen improves its record to 20-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Thetford Academy (Thetford, VT) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 21-3. Thetford Academy won 60-58 in their recent non-league challenge against White River Valley (Royalton, VT)
