California High School Softball - Great Oak bounces Murrieta Valley
February 29, 2024: Murrieta, CA 92562 Great Oak Wolfpack (Temecula, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Murrieta Valley Nighthawks (Murrieta, CA), 15-5 in a league challenge.
The Wolfpack now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chaparral for a Southwestern challenge on Thursday, March 7.
With the loss, Murrieta Valley falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The Nighthawks travel to Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA) to face the Rams in a Southwestern challenge on Tuesday, March 5. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 10-2. Murrieta Mesa won 7-1 in their recent non-league challenge against West (Torrance, CA)
