Capital Bruins (Helena, MT) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Big Sky Eagles (Missoula, MT), 39-31 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Capital upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Bruins host Sentinel (Missoula, MT) to play the Spartans in a AA Western bout on Thursday, February 24. The Spartans come into the bout with a record of 5-6.

Next up, the Eagles play the Sentinel Spartans (Missoula, MT) in a AA Western bout, on Tuesday, February 8. Big Sky will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record.
