Illinois High School Basketball - Rosary nips Kaneland
February 3, 2022: Maple Park, IL 60151 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Rosary Royals (Aurora, IL) and the host Kaneland Knights (Maple Park, IL), saw Rosary's basketball squad hold off Kaneland by a count of 35-34.
With the victory, Rosary upgrades its record to 18-11 on the campaign. The Royals travel to Plano (Plano, IL) to play the Reapers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 5. The Reapers come into the challenge with a record of 3-23.
Next up, the Knights play the Aurora Central Catholic Chargers (Aurora, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 5. Kaneland will attempt to upgrade on its 15-12 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 15-12 record after their 53-36 league win over Wheaton Academy (West Chicago, IL).
