The Aberdeen Eagles (Aberdeen, MD) basketball nipped the host Joppatowne Mariners (Joppa, MD), 89-83 in Friday's league test.

The Eagles (16-4) will now prepare for their test against Edgewood (Edgewood, MD). The Rams go into the Upper Chesapeake Bay - Chesapeake test with a 8-8 record. In their last test, Edgewood got by Joppatowne (Joppa, MD), 61-58, in a league test.
