February 3, 2023: Buffalo, WY 82834 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, WY) and the visiting Wheatland Bulldogs (Wheatland, WY), saw Buffalo's basketball squad hold off Wheatland by a count of 38-31.
With the victory, Buffalo upgrades its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Bison travel to Torrington (Torrington, WY) to play the Trailblazers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 4. The Trailblazers come into the challenge with a record of 3-10. Torrington lost 82-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Gering (Gering, NE)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Newcastle Dogies (Newcastle, WY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 4. Wheatland will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Dogies come into the challenge with a 0-12 record after their 57-21 non-league loss to Rawlins (Rawlins, WY).
