Wyoming High School Basketball - Wheatland nips Glenrock
March 2, 2023: Glenrock, WY 82637 Wheatland Bulldogs (Wheatland, WY) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Glenrock Herders (Glenrock, WY), 34-31 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Wheatland upgrades its record to 9-16 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Douglas (Douglas, WY) to play the Bearcats in a non-league bout on Friday, March 3. The Bearcats come into the bout with a record of 23-1. Douglas won 64-14 in their recent non-league bout against Newcastle (Newcastle, WY)
Next up, the Herders play the Newcastle Dogies (Newcastle, WY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 3. Glenrock will attempt to upgrade on its 8-12 season record. The Dogies come into the bout with a 1-20 record after their 64-14 non-league loss to Douglas (Douglas, WY).
