February 3, 2023: Neeses, SC 29107 The Hunter-Kinard-Tyler Trojans basketball team (Neeses, SC), was overwhelmed 77-41 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Calhoun County Saints (St. Matthews, SC)
The Saints now possess a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridge Spring-Monetta for a A Region 4 battle on Tuesday, February 7. Calhoun County will battle a Trojans team coming off a 91-64 league loss to North (North, SC). The Trojans record now stands at 2-18.
The Trojans (5-11) will now prepare for their battle against Williston-Elko (Williston, SC). The Blue Devils come into the A Region 4 battle with a 7-14 record. In their last battle, Williston-Elko was overwhelmed by Wagener-Salley (Wagener, SC), 57-52, in a league battle.
