Michigan High School Basketball - Beatty tops Marcellus

February 3, 2023: Marcellus, MI 49067

Beatty Rangers (Cassopolis, MI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Marcellus Wildcats (Marcellus, MI), 55-46 in a league bout.

With the victory, Beatty upgrades its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to Parchment (Parchment, MI) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 4. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 10-5. Parchment won 64-30 in their recent league bout against Constantine (Constantine, MI)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Hartford Indians (Hartford, MI) in a Southwest 10 bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Marcellus will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Indians come into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 55-33 league win over Bangor (Bangor, MI).
