February 3, 2023: Joliet, IL 60432 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Romeoville Spartans (Romeoville, IL) and the host Joliet Central Steelmen (Joliet, IL), saw Romeoville's basketball team gain a win over Joliet Central by a score of 68-54.
The Spartans now sport a 18-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Willowbrook for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. Romeoville will battle a Warriors team coming off a 57-52 league win over Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 8-15.
The Steelmen (6-23) will now prepare for their contest against Joliet West (Joliet, IL). The Tigers come into the SouthWest Prairie contest with a 22-5 record.
