Kentucky High School Basketball - Lexington Catholic holds off Trinity
February 3, 2023: Lexington, KY 40503 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Lexington Catholic Knights (Lexington, KY) and the visiting Trinity Shamrocks (Louisville, KY), saw Lexington Catholic's basketball squad hold off Trinity by a tally of 52-47.
With the victory, Lexington Catholic improves its record to 17-3 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Madison Central (Richmond, KY) to confront the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 11-9.
Next up, the Shamrocks confront the John Hardin Bulldogs (Elizabethtown, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Trinity will attempt to improve on its 16-7 season record.
