Texas High School Basketball - Carter overwhelms Roosevelt
February 3, 2023: Dallas, TX 75203 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Carter Cowboys (Dallas, TX) and the host Roosevelt Mustangs (Dallas, TX), saw Carter's basketball squad wallop Roosevelt by a tally of 60-20.
With the victory, Carter improves its record to 9-14 on the campaign. The Cowboys host Pinkston (Dallas, TX) to play the Vikings in a 4A Region II District 13 challenge on Monday, February 6. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 20-11. Pinkston won 79-13 in their recent league challenge against North Dallas (Dallas, TX)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Lincoln Tigers (Dallas, TX) in a 4A Region II District 13 challenge, on Monday, February 6. Roosevelt will attempt to improve on its 11-15 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 15-9 record after their 69-21 league win over Wilmer-Hutchins (Dallas, TX).
