Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Central Mountain holds off Selinsgrove

February 3, 2023: Selinsgrove, PA 17870

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Central Mountain Wildcats (Mill Hall, PA) and the host Selinsgrove Seals (Selinsgrove, PA), saw Central Mountain's basketball squad hold off Selinsgrove by a tally of 46-43.

With the victory, Central Mountain improves its record to 6-12 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Cambria Heights (Patton, PA) to confront the Highlanders in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 8. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a record of 4-15.

Next up, the Seals confront the Juniata Indians (Mifflintown, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Selinsgrove will attempt to improve on its 4-15 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 11-10 record after their 28-27 non-league win over East Juniata (McAlisterville, PA).
