The North Lincoln Knights basketball team (Lincolnton, NC), was toppled 54-37 in Friday's league battle with the host Foard Tigers (Newton, NC)

The Tigers now possess a 11-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hickory for a 3A Conference 51 battle on Tuesday, February 7. Foard will confront a Red Tornadoes team coming off a 60-26 league win over West Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Red Tornadoes record now stands at 11-10.

The Knights (4-17) will now prepare for their battle against West Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Warriors come into the 3A Conference 51 battle with a 2-20 record. In their last battle, West Iredell was toppled by Hickory (Hickory, NC), 60-26, in a league battle.
