Kansas High School Basketball - St. Paul nips Jayhawk Linn
February 3, 2023: St. Paul, KS 66771 St. Paul Indians (St. Paul, KS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Jayhawk Linn Jayhawks (Mound City, KS), 53-47 in a non-league bout.
With the win, St. Paul upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Indians host Yates Center (Yates Center, KS) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-14. Yates Center lost 64-37 in their recent non-league bout against Marmaton Valley (Moran, KS)
Next up, the Jayhawks play the Uniontown Eagles (Uniontown, KS) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 6. Jayhawk Linn will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 9-5 record after their 32-23 non-league win over Oswego (Oswego, KS).
