The Hazen Wildcats basketball team (Hardwick, VT), was routed 68-46 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Montpelier Solons (Montpelier, VT)

The Solons now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harwood for a Capital battle on Tuesday, February 6. Montpelier will battle a Highlanders team coming off a 51-46 non-league win over Spaulding (Barre, VT). The Highlanders record now stands at 12-4.

The Wildcats (12-3) will now prepare for their battle against Stowe (Stowe, VT). The Raiders come into the Mountain battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Stowe trounced Oxbow (Bradford, VT), 39-36, in a non-league battle.
