Colony Knights (Palmer, AK) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Barrow Whalers (Utqiagvik, AK), 57-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Colony upgrades its record to 13-2 on the season. The Knights host Wasilla (Wasilla, AK) to clash with the Warriors in a 4A Northern Lights bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 11-3. Wasilla won 47-32 in their recent league bout against Mountain City Christian Academy (Anchorage, AK)

Next up, the Whalers clash with the Nome-Beltz Nanooks (Nome, AK) in a 3A Western bout, on Friday, February 16. Barrow will attempt to upgrade on its 13-3 season record.
