Missouri High School Basketball - Cor Jesu Academy knocked off by St. Joseph's Academy
February 3, 2024: St. Louis, MO 63123 The St. Joseph's Academy Angels basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Cor Jesu Academy to 43 in the Angels league triumph on Saturday.
The Angels now sport a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nerinx Hall for a MWAA contest on Tuesday, February 6. St. Joseph's Academy will battle a Markers team coming off a 49-32 non-league loss to Kirkwood (Kirkwood, MO). The Markers record now stands at 5-11.
The (13-8) will now prepare for their contest against Incarnate Word Academy (St. Louis, MO). The Red Knights enter the MWAA contest with a 21-0 record. In their last contest, Incarnate Word Academy ran past Visitation Academy (St. Louis, MO), 85-27, in a league contest.
