Michigan High School Basketball - Petoskey ripped by Mt. Pleasant
February 3, 2024: Petoskey, MI 49770 The Mt. Pleasant Oilers basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Petoskey Northmen to 29 in the Oilers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Oilers now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a Saginaw Valley contest on Monday, February 5. Mt. Pleasant will battle a Wolves team coming off a 43-34 league win over Lapeer (Lapeer, MI). The Wolves record now stands at 3-10.
The Northmen (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Cadillac (Cadillac, MI). The Vikings enter the Big North contest with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, Cadillac triumphed over McBain (McBain, MI), 58-22, in a non-league contest.
