Michigan High School Basketball - Dow crushes Mt. Pleasant
February 9, 2024: Midland, MI 48640 Dow Chargers (Midland, MI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mt. Pleasant Oilers (Mt. Pleasant, MI), 67-36 in a league bout.
With the victory, Dow upgrades its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Chargers host Arthur Hill (Saginaw, MI) to play the Lumberjacks in a Saginaw Valley bout on Monday, February 12. The Lumberjacks come into the bout with a record of 7-7. Arthur Hill won 52-21 in their recent non-league bout against Reese (Reese, MI)
Next up, the Oilers play the Big Rapids Cardinals (Big Rapids, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Cardinals come into the bout with a 8-7 record after their 43-23 non-league win over Lakeview (Lakeview, MI).
