February 3, 2024: Perth Amboy, NJ 08861 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Perth Amboy Panthers (Perth Amboy, NJ) and the visiting Somerset Tech Jaguars (Bridgewater, NJ), saw Perth Amboy's basketball squad wallop Somerset Tech by a tally of 71-24.
With the victory, Perth Amboy improves its record to 7-15 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Edison (Edison, NJ) to confront the Eagles in a Greater Middlesex - Red challenge on Monday, February 5. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 8-14.
Next up, the Jaguars confront the Calvary Christian Lions (Old Bridge, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 5. Somerset Tech will attempt to improve on its 1-14 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 37-30 non-league win over New Brunswick (New Brunswick, NJ).
