New Jersey High School Basketball - Metuchen crushes Somerset Tech
January 31, 2024: Bridgewater, NJ 08807 Metuchen Bulldogs (Metuchen, NJ) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Somerset Tech Jaguars (Bridgewater, NJ), 44-20 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Metuchen upgrades its record to 15-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Brearley (Kenilworth, NJ) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 10-5.
Next up, the Jaguars play the Spotswood Chargers (Spotswood, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Somerset Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Chargers come into the bout with a 16-3 record after their 58-15 non-league win over New Brunswick (New Brunswick, NJ).
