Oregon High School Basketball - Regis triumphant over Gervais
February 3, 2025: Gervais, OR 97026 The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Regis Rams (Stayton, OR) and the host Gervais Cougars (Gervais, OR), observed Regis's basketball team overwhelm Gervais by a score of 92-48.
The Rams (16-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Santiam (Mill City, OR). The Wolverines come into the 2A Tri-River challenge with a 15-5 record. In their last challenge, Santiam trounced Colton (Colton, OR), 53-51, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Cougars encounter the Chemawa Indian Braves (Salem, OR) in a 2A Tri-River challenge, on Wednesday, February 5. Gervais will attempt to improve on its 3-16 season record. The Braves come into the challenge with a 0-16 record after their 124-50 league loss to Western Christian (Salem, OR).
