With the victory, Hicks upgrades its record to 33-8 on the year. The Pirates travel to Anacoco (Anacoco, LA) to face the Indians in a B District 4 match on Friday, February 7. The Indians enter the match with a record of 20-20. Anacoco lost 57-45 in their recent league match against Pitkin (Pitkin, LA)
The Tigers now sport a 13-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Red River for a 2A District 3 match on Tuesday, February 4. Many will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 56-52 non-league win over Captain Shreve (Shreveport, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 21-8.
