California High School Basketball - Roosevelt nips Legacy
February 3, 2025: South Gate, CA 90280 In Monday's league contest, the visiting Roosevelt Rough Riders basketball team scored a close 51-49 win over the Legacy Tigers.
The Rough Riders (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Huntington Park (Huntington Park, CA). The Spartans come into the Eastern contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Huntington Park was tipped by Garfield (Los Angeles, CA), 48-35, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Garfield Bulldogs (Los Angeles, CA) in a Eastern contest, on Wednesday, February 5. Legacy will attempt to better on its 7-19 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 18-5 record after their 63-43 league win over South Gate (South Gate, CA).
