The Purnell Swett Rams were victorious over the visiting Scotland Fighting Scots basketball squad by a final score of 72-55 in Monday's non-league outing.

Next, the Rams face the South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC) in a 3A/4A United 8 outing, on Tuesday, February 4. Purnell Swett will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 12-7 record after their 63-50 league loss to Lumberton (Lumberton, NC).
