New York High School Basketball - Unatego overwhelms Deposit-Hancock
February 3, 2025: Deposit, NY 13754 The Unatego Spartans basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Deposit-Hancock to 25 in the Spartans league triumph on Monday.
The Spartans now have a 12-2 record. They play next when they host Delaware Academy for a Section 4 Midstate game on Friday, February 7. Unatego will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 43-25 league win over Oxford Academy (Oxford, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-6.
With the loss, Deposit-Hancock falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The travel to Bainbridge-Guilford (Bainbridge, NY) to confront the Bobcats in a Section 4 Midstate game on Friday, February 7. The Bobcats go into the game with a record of 10-6. Bainbridge-Guilford lost 44-43 in their recent league game against Sidney (Sidney, NY)
