Maryland High School Basketball - Riverdale Baptist overwhelms Evergreen Christian

February 3, 2025: Upper Marlboro, MD 20774

The Riverdale Baptist Crusaders basketball team scored 90 points and limited the visiting Evergreen Christian Eagles to 46 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Monday.

The Crusaders now possess a 19-7 record. They play next when they travel to Clinton Grace Christian for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. Riverdale Baptist will play a Eagles team coming off a 58-24 non-league win over Saint James (Hagerstown, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 10-5.

With the loss, Evergreen Christian falls to 9-14 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Oakcrest (McLean, VA) to play the Chargers in a non-league game on Friday, February 7. The Chargers go into the game with a record of 9-8. Oakcrest lost 48-40 in their recent non-league game against Highland (Warrenton, VA)
