The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Harding Academy Lions (Memphis, TN) and the visiting Northpoint Christian Trojans (Southaven, MS), observed Harding Academy's basketball team overcome Northpoint Christian by a margin of 43-25.

The Lions (16-5) will now prepare for their challenge against St. George's (Collierville, TN). The Gryphons come into the Division II-A West District 6 challenge with a 3-19 record. In their last challenge, St. George's dropped by Varsity Opponent (, ), 53-35, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Evangelical Christian Eagles (Cordova, TN) in a Division II-A West District 6 challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Northpoint Christian will attempt to better on its 10-2 season record.
