With the victory, Walter Johnson advances its record to 13-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Bethesda-Chevy Chase (Bethesda, MD) to meet the Barons in a Freelance battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Barons enter the battle with a record of 16-1. Bethesda-Chevy Chase won 56-36 in their recent non-league battle against Blair (Silver Spring, MD)
The Panthers now own a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Springbrook for a Montgomery County - 3A East battle on Tuesday, February 4. Paint Branch will meet a Blue Devils squad coming off a 32-23 non-league win over Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-8.
