The Savannah Country Day Hornets basketball squad (Savannah, GA), was crushed 67-37 in Monday's league battle with the host Vidalia Indians (Vidalia, GA)

With the victory, Vidalia advances its record to 17-6 on the year. The Indians host Tattnall County (Reidsville, GA) to meet the Warriors in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Warriors enter the battle with a record of 14-4. Tattnall County won 57-21 in their recent non-league battle against Claxton (Claxton, GA)

The Hornets now own a 17-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Swainsboro for a A D1 Region 3 battle on Tuesday, February 4. Savannah Country Day will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 66-45 non-league loss to Statesboro (Statesboro, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 6-11.
