In Monday's league contest, the visiting Slippery Rock Rockets basketball team scored a good 65-49 triumph over the Sharon Tigers.

The Rockets (14-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hickory (Hermitage, PA). The Hornets go into the District 10 Region 4 contest with a 8-11 record. In their last contest, Hickory was topped by Greenville (Greenville, PA), 39-36, in a league contest.
