Idaho High School Basketball - Centennial Baptist trounced by North Star

February 3, 2026: Eagle, ID 83616

North Star Huskies (Eagle, ID) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they saw their basketball team smash the visiting Centennial Baptist Mustangs (Caldwell, ID), 65-40 in a league contest.

The Huskies (13-3) will now prepare for their contest against Idaho City (Idaho City, ID). The Wildcats go into the 2A Western Idaho contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, Idaho City smashed Gem State Adventist Academy (Caldwell, ID), 60-44, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Compass Charter Aviators (Meridian, ID) in a 2A Western Idaho contest, on Thursday, February 5. Centennial Baptist will attempt to better on its 9-7 season record. The Aviators go into the contest with a 9-10 record after their 48-41 league loss to Rimrock (Bruneau, ID).
