The Trinity Tigers basketball team (Trinity, TX), was tipped 91-84 in Tuesday's league contest with the visiting Onalaska Wildcats (Onalaska, TX)

The Wildcats (26-4) will now prepare for their match against Crockett (Crockett, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 3A Region III District 23 match with a 15-13 record. In their last match, Crockett was nudged by New Waverly (New Waverly, TX), 55-50, in a league match.

The Tigers now own a 15-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anderson-Shiro for a 3A Region III District 23 match on Friday, February 6. Trinity will face a Fighting Owls squad coming off a 58-53 league win over Coldspring-Oakhurst (Coldspring, TX). The Fighting Owls record now stands at 11-17.
