The Los Altos Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Cupertino Pioneers to 49 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 17-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mountain View for a Santa Clara Valley - De Anza contest on Tuesday, February 8. Los Altos will battle a Spartans team coming off a 42-29 league win over Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 16-6.

The Pioneers (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA). The Bruins enter the Santa Clara Valley - De Anza contest with a 6-14 record. In their last contest, Santa Clara was defeated by Mountain View (Mountain View, CA), 42-29, in a league contest.
