The Millard North Mustangs basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Elkhorn South Storm to 21 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln Southwest for a A District TBD game on Saturday, February 5. Millard North will face a Silver Hawks team coming off a 58-32 league win over Columbus (Columbus, NE). The Silver Hawks record now stands at 14-3.

With the defeat, Elkhorn South moves to 3-14 on the year. The Storm travel to Benson (Omaha, NE) to face the Bunnies in a A District TBD game on Saturday, February 5. The Bunnies enter the game with a record of 8-8. Benson lost 51-30 in their recent league game against Gretna (Gretna, NE)
