Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Valley Vikings (Sacramento, CA) and the host Natomas Nighthawks (Sacramento, CA), saw Valley's basketball squad overcome Natomas by a tally of 71-58.

With the victory, Valley improves its record to 13-8 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to West Campus (Sacramento, CA) to confront the Warriors in a Greater Sacramento challenge on Monday, February 7. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 6-0. West Campus won 1-0 in their recent league challenge against Johnson (Sacramento, CA)

Next up, the Nighthawks confront the Florin Panthers (Sacramento, CA) in a Greater Sacramento challenge, on Wednesday, February 9. Natomas will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 8-11 record after their 51-28 league win over Cordova (Rancho Cordova, CA).
