Ohio High School Basketball - South Central can't hold off Edison
February 4, 2023: Greenwich, OH 44837 The Edison Chargers basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host South Central Trojans to 58 in the Chargers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Chargers now sport a 3-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Willard for a Sandusky Bay - Bay contest on Friday, February 10. Edison will battle a Crimson Flashes team coming off a 60-57 non-league win over Lucas (Lucas, OH). The Crimson Flashes record now stands at 12-8.
The Trojans (10-10) will now prepare for their contest against Monroeville (Monroeville, OH). The Eagles come into the Firelands contest with a 11-9 record. In their last contest, Monroeville edged Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH), 55-53, in a non-league contest.
