Georgia High School Basketball - Tattnall Square Academy tops Georgia Military College
February 4, 2023: Milledgeville, GA 31061 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Tattnall Square Academy Trojans (Macon, GA) and the host Georgia Military College Bulldogs (Milledgeville, GA), saw Tattnall Square Academy's basketball squad knock off Georgia Military College by a count of 70-52.
With the victory, Tattnall Square Academy upgrades its record to 12-9 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to First Presbyterian Day (Macon, GA) to play the Vikings in a GIAA AAAA/AAA District 6 challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 0-20. First Presbyterian Day lost 96-59 in their recent league challenge against John Milledge Academy (Milledgeville, GA)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Glascock County Panthers (Gibson, GA) in a A D2 Region 5 challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Georgia Military College will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 1-14 record after their 89-38 league loss to Wilkinson County (Irwinton, GA).
