Alaska High School Basketball - Nenana tops Susitna Valley
February 4, 2023: Nenana, AK 99760 Nenana Lynx (Nenana, AK) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Susitna Valley Rams (Talkeetna, AK), 48-32 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Nenana upgrades its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Lynx travel to Susitna Valley (Talkeetna, AK) to play the Rams in a 2A Interior bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 5-11.
Next up, the Rams play the Birchwood Christian Warriors (Chugiak, AK) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 9. Susitna Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 2-11 record after their 83-27 non-league loss to Sand Point (Sand Point, AK).
