The Mountain View Buffalos (Mountain View, WY) basketball felled the host Hot Springs County Bobcats (Thermopolis, WY), 54-40 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Buffalos (17-1) will now prepare for their test against Lander Valley (Lander, WY). The Tigers go into the 3A Southwest test with a 4-12 record. In their last test, Lander Valley was beaten by Lovell (Lovell, WY), 52-40, in a non-league test.

The Bobcats now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they host Tongue River for a non-league test on Saturday, February 11.
