The Huron Tigers basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Sturgis Brown Scoopers to 38 in the Tigers league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riggs for a AA contest on Tuesday, February 7. Huron will meet a Governors team coming off a 59-18 league win over Yankton (Yankton, SD). The Governors record now stands at 12-2.

The Scoopers (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Spearfish (Spearfish, SD). The Spartans enter the AA contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Spearfish was outscored by Mitchell (Mitchell, SD), 56-52, in a league contest.
