February 24, 2023: Brookings, SD 57006 In Friday's league outing, the Brookings Bobcats (Brookings, SD) basketball squad beat the visiting Sturgis Brown Scoopers (Sturgis, SD), by a margin of 56-44.
The Bobcats (5-13) will now prepare for their outing against Spearfish (Spearfish, SD). The Spartans go into the AA outing with a 9-9 record. In their last outing, Spearfish defeated Yankton (Yankton, SD), 41-21, in a league outing.
The Scoopers now own a 1-15 record. They play next when they travel to Yankton for a AA outing on Saturday, February 25. Sturgis Brown will clash with a Bucks/Gazelles squad coming off a 41-21 league loss to Spearfish (Spearfish, SD). The Bucks/Gazelles record now stands at 2-17.
