The Wisconsin School for the Deaf (Delavan, WI) varsity basketball team lost Saturday's neutral conference tournament game against New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM) by a score of 31-15.
In Saturday's non-league match, the host New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners basketball team scored a good 31-15 triumph over the Wisconsin School for the Deaf Firebirds.
In their next game, the Roadrunners meet the Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy Eagle (Albuquerque, NM) in a A District 7 match, on Tuesday, February 7. New Mexico School for the Deaf will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Eagle enter the match with a 14-3 record after their 57-47 non-league win over Tse' Yi' Gai (Cuba, NM).
With the defeat, Wisconsin School for the Deaf moves to 2-12 on the year.
