California High School Basketball - Academia Avance thwarts ESAT
February 4, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90065 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Academia Avance Guerreros Jaguares (Los Angeles, CA) and the host ESAT Grizzlies (Los Angeles, CA), observed Academia Avance's basketball team knock off ESAT by a score of 60-45.
The Guerreros Jaguares (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against East College Prep (Los Angeles, CA). The Spartans come into the Eastside challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, East College Prep prevailed over Alliance Bloomfield (Huntington Park, CA), 57-30, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Grizzlies encounter the Collins Family Jaguars (Huntington Park, CA) in a Eastside challenge, on Thursday, February 6. ESAT will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 11-3 record after their 68-19 league win over CALS Early College (Los Angeles, CA).
